What 𘝼 means
It describes accidental urination.
The Tangut dictionary Sea of Writing defines it as “to urinate without realizing it.” In 2020, a Tangut specialist noted the word only in dictionary records, so a recipient may not recognize it as a pee joke.
Is 𘝼 Chinese? No: it is a Tangut character from a distinct script influenced by Chinese writing. Created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write Tangut, the language of a state in what is now northwestern China, the script appeared in government and Buddhist texts. It continued after the Mongol conquest in 1227, then became obsolete by the Ming dynasty’s end. Scholars rediscovered it in the late 19th century and largely deciphered it in the early 20th.

1Why does 𘝼 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
