What 𘞨 means
It is linked to “mite” in Tangut dictionary materials. Published reconstructions differ: źjịj² and ²zheq₃ are scholarly transcriptions of Tangut readings, not one settled pronunciation.
The Tangut script was created for writing the Tangut language and promulgated by imperial decree in 1036. One surviving item from around 1070/1071 is among the earliest dated evidence for Tangut writing. Its square forms were modeled on Chinese writing, but the scripts are not mutually readable. A 2018 study treats 𘞨 as one of the markers that may begin a group in a Tangut wordbook, and suggests the layout may descend from a lost rhyme book—an older dictionary organized by rhyme.
The Tangut script took visual cues from Chinese writing; 𘞨 is still a Tangut character.
If 𘞨 appears as a box, your selected font may lack Tangut coverage; a Tangut-capable font is needed to display it.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘞨 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
