What 𘞱 means
An emblem or insignia.
A Tangut–Chinese dictionary indexes it as L2008-5761 and gives the Chinese character 徽 as its gloss, meaning “emblem” or “insignia.”
Around 1036, Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao ordered Tangut writing created for government and cultural work, including Buddhist texts. The script drew on Chinese writing but remained distinct, with historical ties to Khitan writing. After the Mongol conquest, the Tangut language left daily use. A Tangut manuscript found at Khara-khoto may date to the 12th or early 13th century.
Using it points to a historical or specialist Tangut-text context.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘞱 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
