What 𞋯 means
It marks high tone in Northern Wancho.
Tone means pitch in speech: 𞋋𞋞𞋯 is tú, “see,” while 𞋋𞋞 is tù, “blunt.” The written difference changes the word.
Banwang Losu began the script in 2001 because Roman spelling struggled to show meaning-changing sounds; by 2012, he had drafted a letter list, later refined with community input. Northern and Southern Wancho use separate tone-mark pairs. Type 𞋯 after its vowel; its position may shift to fit that letter's shape.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𞋯 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
