What ꋷ means
It is one syllable in Liangshan Yi writing. Its standard Roman-letter spelling is nzap; the final p marks a low-falling tone—the voice starts low and falls. That spelling gives a reading, not an English translation; surrounding Yi text supplies the word's meaning. As text, its shape comes from the font, so its outline can vary between devices.
Older Yi writing served religious, magical, medical and genealogical texts that circulated among village priests; local traditions varied in shape, reading and writing direction. The earliest surviving example commonly cited is an inscription on a bronze bell from 1485. The modern Liangshan standard was devised in 1974 and officially promulgated in 1980, organizing older Yi writing into a phonetic syllabary for one dialect and a literacy program. Yi writing also imitated Chinese writing and book-layout conventions, but it does not descend directly from Han ideographs.
In Yi-language writing, ꋷ is ordinary text; outside that context, its meaning needs the sender's words.
