What ⨑ means

It marks an integral path taken anticlockwise.

On a closed path, the interior stays to your left; reversing direction reverses the integral's sign.

Leibniz used a stretched S for “sum” in a manuscript dated October 29, 1675; the notation appeared in print later in his work. ⨑ is a later member of that family.

Is ⨑ a contour integral?

No. ⨑ gives direction; a contour sign marks a closed path.

One specifies how the route is traveled; the other, that it closes.
