What ⨏ means
The slash marks an integral normalized by its domain.
On an interval, that means dividing the definite integral by the interval’s length; for a multidimensional region, divide by its area or volume. The ordinary sign ∫ does not by itself specify that averaging.

Questions people ask
1Why does ⨏ show as a box on some devices?
