What ﯧ means
It is ې with its medial shape fixed. A joining letter can look different alone, at a word’s start, in its middle, and at its end; “medial” is the middle form, joined on both sides. In a table that writes Uyghur in Latin letters, ې corresponds to e.
Older Arabic text systems stored positional shapes as separate characters, so Unicode retains them for compatibility. For ordinary Uyghur or Pashto text, enter the base letter ې ; layout software selects its connected form from context.

Questions people ask
1Why does ﯧ show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
