What ﭰ means
It is a Sindhi letterform, not a standalone word.
In a Sindhi word, it represents aspirated /pʰ/, distinct from plain پ /p/. On its own, this positional form does not name a word or carry an independent message.
Sindhi writing adapted Arabic-derived forms for sounds Arabic does not distinguish. Historical accounts cite Arabic-Sindhi writing around 864 AD and 1017–1031 AD, including letters for local sounds. The modern 52-letter Sindhi Perso-Arabic system was standardized in 1853 after earlier variation. This was a developing writing tradition, not a single invention of this shaped form.
Why is ﭰ different from ڦ?
ﭰ is a joining shape; ڦ is the base letter.
For ordinary Sindhi text, enter ڦ. Arabic-script shaping chooses the connected form that fits the letter’s position in a word; ﭰ is its initial form.
Fonts can draw the join differently. If the character is missing or the connection looks wrong, the issue is font or shaping support, not a different sound.
A normal letterform in Sindhi text; an isolated appearance is an incomplete piece of writing.
Alone, it does not convey a message.

1Will every font show ﭰ correctly?
Not necessarily. The visible shape depends on font and Arabic shaping support; a missing glyph or an awkward join can result.
