What 㮝 means
Unicode maps it to 㮝 as a compatibility form.
㮝 entered the supplement as a source character from plane 5 of Taiwan’s CNS 11643-1992 encoding standard. The point was round-trip conversion with that older character set. Unicode normalization can replace it with 㮝, so processing may change the exact character stored.
An individual proposal to the Unicode Ideographic Research Group argued in 2018 that the Taiwan source form differs from 㮝 after a source-glyph correction. Unicode 18.0 still lists the mapping and records 㮝︁ (㮝 followed by invisible Variation Selector-2) as the sequence for requesting that variant.

Questions people ask
1Why does 㮝 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Compatibility Ideographs Supplement block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
