What 𠃛 means
It imitates a sound, with the setting deciding which one.
A Chinese dictionary gives the Mandarin reading yà and says 𠃛 writes the sound of a punch or a door opening or closing. Chapter 13 of the 16th-century Chinese novel Fengshen Yanyi (The Investiture of the Gods) repeats it in 𠁣𠁣𠃛𠃛 as Nezha hits the Dragon King.
Quanzhang Hokkien, a Southern Min variety associated with Quanzhou and Zhangzhou, uses 𠃛 for a door creaking: 門𠃛一聲 means “the door creaks once.” The pronunciation oa̍ihⁿ is written in Pe̍h-ōe-jī, a system for spelling Hokkien with Latin letters.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𠃛 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
