What 𠬡 means
反 was originally glossed “to overturn.” The Shuowen Jiezi, a classical dictionary of Chinese characters, calls 𠬡 an old form of 反. Jiyun, a Chinese dictionary organized by rhyme, also lists it under 反. Shuowen glosses 反 as “to overturn,” explained as turning a hand over. Classical texts use it for returning, giving something back, or breaking faith; 反 also means “opposite.”
A historical, dictionary-style form.
Use 反 in ordinary Chinese prose; 𠬡 is its historical form.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𠬡 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
