What 𡞏 means
It is a written variant of 𡞫.
Jiyun, a Song-dynasty Chinese dictionary arranged by rhyme, gives 𡞫 a female personal-name gloss. The Kangxi Dictionary repeats that use in 1716.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𡞏 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
