What 𡴓 means
It is an old written form of 思.
思 also means longing, remembrance, an idea or feeling; Classical Chinese texts also use it as a grammatical particle. The Song dynasty rhyme dictionary Jiyun, arranged by sound, lists 𡴓 as an old form. 思 changed through Warring States writing (before imperial unification), formal seal script, and the more angular clerical hand.
Historical dictionary form; 思 is the usual choice in modern Chinese.
For everyday Chinese, use 思; reserve 𡴓 for exact historical text.
