What 𡵤 means
It is a rare form of 岳 for “high mountain.”
The Kangxi Dictionary cites Jiyun, a Chinese pronunciation dictionary arranged by rhyme, for this spelling.
The older 岳 appears in oracle-bone inscriptions—short records carved on bone or shell—as a high mountain. Scholars differ over which mountain early examples identify; some connect them with mountain worship. Later, 岳 named China’s Five Sacred Mountains and became a general word for lofty peaks.

1Why does 𡵤 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
