What 𢑽 means

It is a historical form, not a separate symbol. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary lists 𢑽 under 那 as an old form. In Mandarin, 那 (nà) is the everyday demonstrative meaning “that,” used for a person, place, time, or thing already clear from context.

《說文解字》 records 那 as the name of a western state. 《五音集韻》 also lists 𢑽 as an old form. Taiwan’s dictionary traces its right half to a seal-script form of 那 and its left half to a changed version of another seal-script shape. Seal script is an older style of Chinese writing.
