What 𢤮 means
𢤮 is a small-seal form of 憙, a word for liking.
Small seal script is an old Chinese writing style. A chart of the Eastern Han dictionary Shuowen Jiezi pairs this form with 憙; the dictionary distinguishes 憙 (“liking or being pleased”) from 喜 (“joy”). A Song-era poem uses 憙 for contentment. The related 喜 has late Shang oracle-bone forms, but those attest 喜, not 𢤮.
What does 𢤮 mean when someone sends it?
Read it as writing, not a cue to the sender’s mood.
Ask for the surrounding sentence before assigning a tone. A blank box usually means the font lacks this glyph; the character may still be present.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𢤮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
