What 𢪾 means
They are separate records, not a proven meaning shift.
The 10th-century encyclopedia Taiping Yulan has an entry for 匕 that quotes Shuowen Jiezi, a Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE. The quote says 𢪾 sounds like 四 (sì in pinyin) and defines it as a scoop for taking rice.
The 1716 Kangxi Dictionary gives another reading, zhàng, and cites Wuyin Jiyun for “neat and not disordered.” The two old dictionary readings are separate records, not evidence that the scoop sense developed into “orderly”; use the source context to decide which applies.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𢪾 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
