What 𢵝 means
The readings come from separate traditions.
A modern chart of Small Seal (an early formal Chinese script) lists 𢵝 as a form of 摹. 《說文解字》, a Han dictionary completed in 100 CE, glosses 摹 as a rule or model; the word also means to trace or imitate a model.
A Taiwanese Hokkien pronunciation dictionary records the same glyph for ngiau, “to tickle.” Here ngiau is the dictionary’s Taiwanese Hokkien romanization.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𢵝 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
