What 𢻎 means
It is a handwritten variant of 散 with the same meaning. Mandarin 散 is read sǎn for loose or scattered things and sàn for to disperse. In ordinary modern Chinese, 散 is the standard form.
The Ming character dictionary 字彙 (Zihui) records this form in 1615; the later 正字通 (Zhengzitong) calls it mistaken. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education variant dictionary traces the shape to handwriting: the right-hand part 攵 was sometimes written like 支.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𢻎 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
