What 𢿞 means
It describes a small, long-looking shape.
Character dictionaries attribute this gloss to 玉篇 (Yupian), first compiled around 543. A later reference, 龍龕手鑑 (Longkan shoujian), compiled around 997, gives simply “long-looking.”
How does Zhao’an Hakka use 𢿞?
In Zhao’an Hakka, 𢿞 counts pork portions and describes elongated things.
Taiwan’s Hakka vocabulary list gives 一𢿞豬肉 for “one portion of pork” and 長𢿞長𢿞 for something long and slender. Its Zhao’an Hakka romanization writes the latter as chongˋ leeu chongˋ; these Latin letters spell the local pronunciation.
