What 𣊺 means
Surname records link it to a clan written with 瞷.
Sima Qian’s Shiji, an early history of China, describes a powerful family in Jinan, an imperial district during the Han dynasty. Han emperor Jing sent his official Zhidu to govern there and punish the clan’s leaders. Later Chinese surname records associate 𣊺 with this family, but they do not establish that the two characters are interchangeable.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣊺 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
