What 𣋎 means
It identifies a deity in a Chinese mountain-god list.
The Tàiqīng Jīnyè Shénqì Jīng, a Chinese Taoist religious text, has no known author and is thought to date from the Sui–Tang period. It survives in the Zhengyi Daozang, a Taoist canon, and draws on older Taoist scriptures. Its list of earth and mountain gods gives the deity of Nanyue (the Southern Peak) the surname 榮 (Rong) and the name 𣋎君. The text says knowing these names helps travelers avoid getting lost in the mountains.
The attested setting is religious: 𣋎 belongs to a deity’s name in a Taoist text.
Don’t guess a reading from its form; the Kangxi Dictionary records it as unknown.

1Why does 𣋎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
