What 𣋧 means
It is a variant of 晋/晉 meaning “to advance.”
In Mandarin it is read jìn. 晋级/晉級 means “move up a level”; 晋升/晉升 means “be promoted.” 晉/晋 also names the Zhou state of Jin, later dynasties, and Shanxi by abbreviation.
Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary, explains 晉 as “advance,” linking sunrise with things moving forward. Oracle-bone and Western Zhou bronze inscriptions attest the wider character family, not necessarily this exact variant.

A font may lack its glyph, or an app may not draw characters outside Unicode’s basic range. A blank or square is a display failure; 𣋧 remains the same character.
