What 𣐂 means
Its dictionary trail runs through the related form 枼.
The Shuowen Jiezi is a Han-era character dictionary; its entry describes 枼 as a thin plank. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education Variant Characters Dictionary (2024 edition) also records 枼 as a form of 葉. A Qing-era supplement to the Kangxi Dictionary quotes the Longkan, an older dictionary, for the “thin in appearance” gloss on 𣐂.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣐂 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
