What 𣛚 means
It is a variant spelling of 橤, read ruǐ.
Classical Chinese uses 橤 for flower parts (蕊) or something drooping. Yupian (玉篇), a Chinese dictionary first compiled in 543, glosses 𣛚 as a tree name. The character dictionary Four-Tone Pianhai (四聲篇海), printed during the Ming dynasty, and the later Kangxi Dictionary (康熙字典) connect it with 橤.
