What 𣟛 means
It is a Sawndip character used to write Zhuang. Sawndip, also called Old Zhuang or square Zhuang script, adapted Chinese-character forms to write the Zhuang language. This glyph appears in the 1989 《古壮字字典》, a dictionary of Old Zhuang characters.
Old Zhuang writing is attested in a 682 stone inscription; later records include petitions, contracts, family records, ritual texts, songs, and stories.
The script had no shared spelling standard, so forms varied by region. A Latin-based Zhuang script was introduced in 1955 and revised in the 1980s.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣟛 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
