The Zihui bu (字彙補, a supplemental character dictionary) equates 𣣍 with 𣣕 in its 1666 edition. The Kangxi Dictionary, completed in 1716, calls it an error for 歑. The Shuowen Jiezi (說文解字), an early character dictionary, glosses 歑 as “blowing warm breath.”
