What 𣦳 means
𣦳 is recorded as a form of 叡, a variant of 睿.
The Kangxi Dictionary cites the seventeenth-century 字彙補, a Chinese character-dictionary supplement. Mandarin 叡 is ruì: clear-sighted or wise.
Bronze inscriptions use 叡 for wise judgment and clear laws. In one historical reading, 叡’s old form combines an eye and a channel cleared through a valley to picture clear understanding; later texts use 叡知 and 叡智 for wisdom.
