What 𣯂 means
The “robe” gloss is only tentative.
The 1716 Kangxi Dictionary, a Chinese dictionary, records 𣯂 as another written form of 𣮃, following an earlier dictionary note. A separate dictionary says 𣮃 may be the same as 袍, the Chinese word for a long outer garment such as a robe. So “robe” is a cautious historical interpretation, not a certain definition of 𣯂.
Why does 𣯂 show as a box?
A font without the glyph can show a box.
Taiwan’s CNS 11643 Full Character Repository reports that MingLiU and DFKai-SB include it by default on Windows 10 and later. If your app still shows a box, choose an East Asian font with supplementary CJK coverage.

1Why does 𣯂 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
