What 𣯷 means
𣯷 is a variant form of 氂, a character for yak tail.
The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary completed around 100 CE, defines 氂 as yak tail and derives it from shortened 犛 (“yak”) plus 毛 (“hair”). Other entries extend 氂 to horse tails, coarse hair, and fine strands.
Classical accounts place yak-tail hair on banners and in ritual dances; 旄 is the related character for such a standard.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣯷 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
