What 𣯼 means
A wool rug or fine blanket. Guangya, a Chinese dictionary compiled in 227–232 CE, glosses 𣯼㲨 as 罽, an old word for a wool rug or felt. The Kangxi Dictionary, a later Chinese dictionary, also preserves a decorative reading for the pair. The sentence around it helps distinguish fabric from ornament.

1Why does 𣯼 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
