What 𣸯 means
Read it as 游 in context, not as a standalone reaction.
The early Chinese dictionary Shuowen Jiezi explains 游 as the streamers hanging from a banner (a cloth flag). Classical sources also use 游 for moving through water and for travel or roaming. In Mandarin, both forms are read yóu.
A Ming edition of a travel book printed in 1565 uses 𣸯 in a sentence about visiting beautiful landscapes. It appears as part of ordinary prose.
