What 𣻍 means
It is a variant spelling of 潒, a Chinese character for moving water. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education variant dictionary lists 𣻍 under 潒 and cites the later character dictionary Zhengzitong. The related entry in the early Shuowen Jiezi, compiled around 100 CE, glosses the word as water in motion.
The older paired form 潒瀁 corresponds to 蕩漾, the familiar word for rippling water. Dictionaries also record abundant water and, with the reading xiàng, a fast current; Taiwan’s CNS11643 record lists dàng, xiàng, and yǎng.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣻍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
