What 𣽏 means
It writes the same word as 污: “dirty” or “pollute.”
In 1671, the Zhengzitong dictionary called 𣽏 a “vulgar form” of 污; the later Kangxi Dictionary repeats this. Here, “vulgar” means a common, nonstandard spelling, not an insult.
Shuowen Jiezi, a Han dynasty dictionary, glosses 汙 as “unclean” and “small pool.” Classical texts also use the word for moral defilement, a sense shared by its variants.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣽏 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
