What 𧭉 means
It means “examine” or “diagnose,” like 診.
Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary gives the Mandarin readings zhēn and zhěn. A line in the old Chinese text 《鶡冠子》 says an illness cannot be cured without first being examined. The Ming dictionary 《字彙》 equates it with 診 in 1615; the later 《正字通》 traces its unusual shape to copying errors. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary lists it under 診.
For ordinary Chinese text, use 診 in Traditional Chinese or 诊 in Simplified Chinese; 𧭉 is a historical dictionary variant.

It depends on the font. Taiwan’s CNS11643 entry says Windows 10 and later include it in 細明體 and 標楷體 (2024). In Microsoft Word, try a font containing the character if it displays incorrectly.
