What 𨀔 means
A toe, not the whole foot. Its left-side component 足 means “foot,” matching the body part named by the gloss.
The entry uses 足指, literally “foot finger.” In the 1716 Kangxi Dictionary, a Chinese character reference book, the same reading and gloss are credited to an earlier source called 川篇.

1Someone sent me 𨀔 alone. What should I make of it?
The dictionary gloss is “toe.” That tells you the character’s literal meaning, not the sender’s reason for choosing it; ask for context before guessing.
