What 𨄞 means
Here it tells someone to get a task done quickly.
This is a chữ Nôm spelling of chóng, the Vietnamese word “quickly.” Chữ Nôm was a Vietnamese writing system that adapted Chinese characters and their parts to write Vietnamese speech.
A Nôm dictionary cites 𨄞 on folio 21a of the handwritten poetry collection Giai cú: “Muốn chóng phải chăm mài bút sắt” (“To work quickly, keep sharpening the iron pen”). The entry parses the form as a foot component plus 速, read tốc in Vietnamese; the second element also carries the sense of speed.

1Why does 𨄞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
