What 𨑃 means
It is an older written form of 辰, not an emoji. The pronunciation and uses belong to 辰: in Mandarin, read chén, it names the fifth of twelve cyclical calendar signs and appears in words for time, dates, and stars. 𨑃 recasts 辰’s small-seal form, an older standardized script style, in regular script, the standard stroke-based form used in printed Chinese.
The related character 辰 is much older: its forms appear in oracle-bone inscriptions, writing carved on bones for divination, and bronze inscriptions. One interpretation reads its earliest shape as a shell or stone sickle used to clear plants. A 2015 scholarly proposal instead argues for a seed drill, a tool for planting seeds in rows; the exact object is disputed.

1Why does 𨑃 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
