What 𨶊 means
It is a historical written variant of 俊.
In Mandarin Chinese, 𨶊 is read jùn. It shares the sense of 俊: a person of exceptional talent; older dictionaries also gloss it as 英, “outstanding.”
A tomb inscription for Xiao Siyi records this form in 699. The Chinese character dictionary Sisheng Pianhai, compiled during the Jin dynasty, also lists it in a Ming-dynasty printed edition.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𨶊 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
