What 𨾗 means
A rare variant of 奊 for a head held at an angle.
Taiwan’s Ministry of Education variant dictionary lists 𨾗 under 奊; that headword has the Mandarin readings xié and liè. Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary presented in 121 CE, glosses 奊 as a head held crookedly. Later lexicons add “many joints or bends”; a gloss labelled Sichuan speech applies it to a narrow-minded disposition, while another records disrespectful conduct when presenting an object.
The 1716 Kangxi Dictionary quotes the older Guangya, another Chinese word dictionary: in 眷𨾗, this character is read kuí and the phrase means “turn back and look.”

Questions people ask
1Why does 𨾗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
