What 𨿗 means
It is another writing of 鵟. In Mandarin, 鵟 is pronounced kuáng. The upper component 狂 supplies the sound; the lower 隹 is the bird element.
The variant is recorded in the Longkan Shoujing, a dictionary compiled around 997 to help Buddhist readers decipher manuscripts with uncommon forms. The Erya records the related form 狂 as a “dream bird” and an owl; other dictionary glosses describe 鵟 as a brown raptor that catches mice.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𨿗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
