What 𩇒 means
𩇒 is an old form of 震, meaning thunder or shaking.
The earliest known written examples of 震 appear in Shang oracle-bone inscriptions—records carved on bones for divination—and refer to a city or troops in alarm. The Han dynasty dictionary Shuowen Jiezi labels 𩇒 籀文 震, another script form of the same character. Its gloss links thunder with shaking; later dictionaries also use 震 for movement and fear.
Historical form of 震; use 震 in ordinary Chinese writing.
