What 𩇻 means
No settled meaning is recorded.
The Kangxi Dictionary cites 五音篇海 (Five-Tone Pianhai), a character dictionary from China's Jin dynasty. Its gloss compares 𩇻's sound with 惠 (Mandarin huì) but gives no meaning. 惠 is only a pronunciation cue, not a synonym or alternate form.
The Five-Tone Pianhai grew from Han Xiaoyan's earlier 五音篇 (Five-Tone Pian), compiled in 1196, then was reorganized by Han Daozhao in 1208. It arranged character entries for lookup.
