What 𩗍 means
It is a variant of 翏, an older character for high flight.
翏 appears in Western Zhou bronze inscriptions. The Eastern Han dictionary Shuowen glosses it as “to fly high” and traditionally analyzes it as 羽 (“feathers”) plus 㐱; Qing-era scholar Duan Yucai reads 㐱 as new plumage, though specialists who study ancient writing disagree about that lower component.
Duan Yucai reads 翏翏 in Zhuangzi as the sound of a long wind, an extended sense. The Song-era rhyme dictionary Jiyun records 𩗍 as another written form of 翏.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𩗍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
