What 𩯝 means
It is a variant form of 鬣.
Shuowen Jiezi, a Chinese character dictionary completed around 100 CE, gives an old gloss for 鬣. Qing scholar Duan Yucai later interprets it as hair standing upright. The 1039 Jiyun, a Chinese dictionary organized by pronunciation and rhyme, lists 𩯝 as another form of 鬣.
