What 𩷷 means
It means small fish that have already hatched.
The Eastern Han Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, records 𩷷 as the 籀文 form of 䲊; 籀文 is an older script style.
Later Chinese dictionaries give 䲊 additional senses: a kind of fish, a fish with its scales removed and, under another reading, young crabs.

Your font may not include it. 𩷷 is in the supplementary CJK Extension B block, so the app's font must support it. Taiwan's CNS11643 database lists downloadable fonts and says Windows 10 and later include it in MingLiU and DFKai-SB.
