What 𪂒 means
It is used phonetically in a Buddhist text.
The 1716 Kangxi Dictionary, a Chinese character dictionary, cites the 1666 supplement 字彙補, giving 𪂒 the reading of 鶻 (Mandarin hú) and noting Buddhist-text use. In the Chinese Golden Light Sutra, translated in 703, an edition comparison records 𪂒 in place of 𩾲 within 𩾲路戰娜, a Chinese sound rendering of the Sanskrit word gorocanā, a traditional yellow pigment. Here it writes sound, not a bird name.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪂒 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
