What 𪉁 means
It is a variant of 歍, a character for retching.
The Han-era dictionary Shuowen Jiezi defines 歍 as revulsion, as if about to vomit. A Warring States bronze halberd—a bladed pole weapon—uses 歍 in the maker's name 工歍; the inscription does not show that the name carried the dictionary meaning.
The ancient Chinese myth collection Classic of Mountains and Seas tells of Xiangliu, a nine-headed snake and minister of Gonggong, whose vomiting or spitting leaves bitter marshes. In classical Chinese, the meaning of 歍唈 is choked sobbing; dictionaries also list 歍 as a variant of 嗚.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪉁 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
