What 𪋪 means
It is a historical variant of 羚, the Mandarin word for antelope.
In Mandarin, 羚 is pronounced líng and appears in 羚羊, the word for antelope. The 11th-century Jiyun and Leipian—two Chinese dictionaries—list 𪋪 as a later written form. The earlier Yupian dictionary glosses 羚 as a young sheep; the later works call it a large sheep with slender horns, pointing toward the antelope sense.
For a present-day Mandarin antelope name, write 羚 in 羚羊; 𪋪 is the historical variant. The Taiwan Ministry of Education's 2021 dictionary lists 羚羊 as the animal name.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪋪 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
